At Maison Berger Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all components are included and the products are securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center at the address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
