How do I properly use my Lampe Berger?

Fill your lamp to 2/3 full with your chosen home fragrance, insert the burner/wick, and let it soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner, wait 2 minutes, then blow out the flame. Your lamp will now diffuse fragrance and purify the air for up to 30 minutes for a medium-sized room.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Can I use other brands of fragrance in my Lampe Berger?

To ensure the longevity of your catalytic burner and avoid safety risks, we strongly recommend using only official Maison Berger Paris fragrances. Using other liquids may damage the burner and void your warranty.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

How often should I change my catalytic burner?

For optimal performance and air purification, we recommend replacing your burner every 200 lightings or once a year, whichever comes first.
